Our story begins with a dream, the dream of two women, Viviane and Suzana, who have shared love for 16 years and decided to expand their family by having a child. The birth of Rafinha was the realization of that dream, filling their lives with joy and promises of a bright future. However, the dream now is to buy the most expensive medicine in the world for Rafinha to live on.

Rafinha was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA Type 2), a disease that threatens his ability to move and even breathe, potentially leading to death. But Viviane and Suzana are determined to fight for their son's life, they have embarked on a journey of hope and they need our help.

The vital treatment that Rafinha needs, the drug Zolgesma, is considered the most expensive in the world, costing 6 million brazilian reais R$.

But medicine is not the only need. Rafinha needs physiotherapy, which is not being carried out due to lack of resources, in addition to other monitoring for an indefinite period of time for his development during and after this stage with medication. There are many expenses and the family does not have a health plan, which can compromise the quality of their rehabilitation.

Therefore, in addition to the costs of the medicine, we are in a race against time, to be able to cover the costs of the hospital, the medical team (the medication is only applied in a private hospital), for the exams and therapies and thus be able to have a quality of life.
